what could you do with vb tech symposian and the dev eprom board with eproms?

the people who saw this auction know what i am refering to.
but i was curious what you could do with these eproms and the tech symposian and also the dev board?

are the eproms kind of prototype games?

who can tell me more about this

yes if you are a programmer you can us it for that but i belive most ppl buy it as collectors item.
