I’d like to work on finishing my Virtual Boy Fishing Translation. What I would like is to have someone do a higher RES copy of the manual, so I can better understand the CONTEXT of the game. I’ll translate that as well.

Anyone interested?

That’s my repro thread on Nintendo Age. There is a guy who posted that he worked on a patch for fishing at one time, but didn’t get far. You might want to contact him.

Does it mean that you will translate the manual and the game ?
It would be great to have an english translation of virtual fishing.
I never really get into the game that much, but mostly because i never
understood the text.

Yes please if you want to PM me the ZIP file (any file sharing site is fine). I’d greatly appreciate it.

The issue is that the manual gives you the K/H letters over the Kanji, so I can read it.

The game itself are like 16×16 Kanji letters I think, so it’s kinda a pain.

I have a few projects I’ve been working on for NES/Neo Geo Pocket Color, so I’d definitely take a crack at it, since I don’t see anyone else doing it just yet.

Hehe, I didn’t made the connection either. I would love to have a translated Fishing as well. Tell me when you run into technical problems. Maybe I can come up with something.

You, sir, are doing god’s work (as it were). I love my NGPC and now that I have a flashmasta flash cart, I’d love to play these. I sincerely look forward to them!
