Download Space pinball?

I feel like such a noob atm but where can I download it?

When I go to http://www.planetvb.com/modules/games/?r002d all I see is the Galactic pinball and a patch for Space pinball but no download link to play the so called 5 level prototype

According to a user on this site
“No idea why it’s no longer there.
They produced a CIB version of the game but that’s long been sold out.
Ask Bigmak about the download for the game”
