News item comment preview bug

I was posting some comments recently, and I ran across a bug: when you preview the comment, the edit box on the preview page has all the tags converted to HTML, instead of the original “Xoops code”. I don’t know if it matters, since I didn’t try to submit the HTML, but I assume it won’t work.
