Found this tucked away, if anyone’s interested in the 3D glasses sealed that came with the Nintendo power with the Virtual boy on the cover. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Virtual-Boy-3D-Glasses-UNOPENED-envelope-from-Nintendo-Power-Issue-75-RARE-/280980791761?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item416bc2a1d1

It saddens me that I already saw one of these go for over $40.00 on an Ebay auction recently. If Ebay bidders were smarter, they would realize that a lot of the Issue #75 magazines that are listed on Ebay already come with these glasses in them. Thus, it would be smarter to contact an Ebay seller who is selling the whole magazine for much less and simply ask if the glasses are still included in the magazine.

As a child, I used to ask for things like the Tyco Hovercraft but instead I’d get some rubber band powered UFO made out of styrofoam. Or I’d clip out pictures of remote control airplanes and get arm powered paper gliders instead. It happened every birthday and Christmas. It seems like no matter what I wanted, my parents always got me something completely different. I give them an A for effort, but they were a bit out of touch when it came to toys.

So, when I saw this thing, it brought all those memories back. I’m really amazed they didn’t get me this instead of my Virtual Boy! Lol!

Really I wonder how high the jack bros. loose can go. For this price you could buy almost 4 flashboys and put jack brothers on each one.

Neat and I searched using 5 different engines without even finding a bit of information on the Lansay Radical X Phantom 117.

Thanks for sharing.

I actually have worked at toys r us for 16 years. I remember when my store marked those down to $24.99. They put them in a red bin on the floor to get rid of them. Toys r us puts video game stuff under lock and key, but not Virtual boy. I should have bought them all back then, who knew?

Yeah, that is a very nice copy at a decent price. Plus, it’s from a reliable seller that I’ve bought from few times in the past. Too bad this one wasn’t around when I was looking for my copy. It’s a nice grab for someone with a growing collection.

Red Alarm Not For Resale-Demo Only cartridge on Ebay:

The seller did a very poor job of labeling the auction, so I want to make sure that someone who wants it won’t miss out on this possibly very good opportunity.

Yeah I saw that too at 4am I am definitely going to try to add this to my collection.

You don’t know how poor of a job the seller really did. Originally, the he didn’t even mention the word “Demo” in the title. I sent him a message so he could increase exposure, but he still didn’t add the title of the game. And in case you’re wandering there’s also a Warioland booklet inside! Who’d have guessed?

He also said the big bag on bottom has instructions for the game. If you look close, you can see the word Nintendo in the second photo, so I’m not sure if these are first generation “demo” instructions on plain paper or what. Who knows? Maybe that could be another selling point?

From the sounds of things, he bought this back in the day for his kids and didn’t quite realize what he had.

Wow… that is very neat. If someone on here wins the auction, please let us know what these unique instructions are all about.
