I was just wondering if there was a site like this for the Tiger game.com. If not, I want to make one. The game.com had about the same amount of games in its library, but there’s no way to make homebrew games for it, though.

That would be interesting. The only Game.com site I know about is http://gamecom.guruwork.de, by the same people who are behind Team Pokeme, who also hacked the Nintendo Pokemon Mini.
