Hello users from the USA, we’re back online! 😀

Context: Since about two weeks ago, more and more people have reported that the site was down… although it was not, at least for me. It was strange, I had not changed anything and could not explain what the problem was, so I contacted our server provider’s support team. A few days went by with no solution… This morning, retronintendonerd sent me the results of some network analysis that her husband did (thank you so much!) – apparently US ISP’s were blocked by our server for some strange reason. I forwarded the findings to our provider along with a friendly reminder that I’d have to move to another server should they not be able to solve the problem… well, less than an hour later the problems were solved. 😀

So good to be back! I was starting to get withdrawals lol With A Video Game Con coming, I wanted to be able to share the events of the VB and VG getting the spotlight of sorts.

OMG thank god! I’m back. Thanks so much for looking into this. I thought I’d never see this amazing site or amazing community again!

It must not have been all US ISP’s that got blocked, as my girlfriend as well as my best friend were both able to access the site for as many days as I couldn’t, but maybe it had something to do with the fact that they had never really tried to access the site much before I asked them to try.
