I had to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9, but it wouldn’t let me install it, so I said “screw you, I’m getting something different.” So I downloaded Firefox, and I’m just now seeing the custom cursors for the first time, and everything works a lot better in this. Just a PSA: Download FireFox if you frequent the site and haven’t already.

I stopped (frequently) using Internet Explorer in 2009, I believe (the only time I go back to it is to look at my favorite web pages I saved on there)

Firefox is what I am using right now (and it does work better with many sites than Internet Explorer does)

Some of the sites I have to use for work use ActiveX controls, which is a Microsoft-only thing. So, I have to keep an IE handy. On my Linux systems I either keep an IEs4Linux version installed or just run XP in a VM.

I used to use Internet Explorer all the time, but its security seemed to be lousy, so I switched to Firefox, whose security seems to be excellent, and I haven’t switched since.
