I try and upload this image as my new avatar but all I get is
“Errors Returned While Uploading
Invalid file content”

The “upload avatar” page says right there that the maximum dimensions are 130×160 and that the file can be at most 256 KB.

Sadly I have no idea how to check the dimension of the image or how to make the image size smaller

Oh well guess I will just keep tha image and use on other sites lol
