What’s a good kind of glue or something to fix an eyeshade? The fabric on it has loosened and it flaps around, its annoying.. buying a new one is expensive. How can I fix mine?

I was actually planning to just tear or cut off the loose flapping on one of mine soon. It looks really bad. There is still enough eye shade after that to serve its purpose.
