I ordered a Flashboy late last year

I ‘ve tried 2 different cables with my FB and it wasnt working….for me it works only with the original usb cable….

the two cables I have tried where 1meter and 1,5 meters long…but the original cable is very short…about 35 cm from end to end.
but I can’t imagine that this is the point …but u never know….

On mine I can use any USB cable. But one thing to note, it may not ALWAYS work. Try closing out the program, disconnecting the USB from the computer and try again a few times. Mine almost never flashes correctly the first time. I usually need three or four tries or a reboot to get it to work.
