i dont think you should sell that at all. its just a rom that was put on a cartridge. anyone here could do that exact same thing. getting money for it would be rather indecent.

Okay, so do it with Bound High…

Name a single game that is not just a rom that was put on a cartridge 😉

…you know what i mean. it was just done in some dudes house, not anywhere legit.

Some people may be willing to buy said cartridge.

At the very least, it’s a difficult-to-acquire rom dump with some neat kit attached to it.

I don’t see what’s indecent about that. And the guy may as well try to recoup -some- of his earnings.

The indecent thing is that anyone could sell a cart and then just write another one and repeat the process.

Footwork for tracking down those roms isn’t easy, but just how monetarily valuable is it?

How hard is it to find a 31 in 1 NES game cart. Same thing applies.

The morality of the original point of sale aside, what Robert has in his possessions could be considered collectible. Even if nowhere near as valuable as the true item.

Since he’s presumably not the one pressing them out, any morality issues are thin so long as he doesn’t try selling it uber expensive as the real item.

I would love to see this rom released at some point but only after it has been fixed, shit Id love to release it but after the last debacle that is not going to happen, and once its fixed why stop at a rom release why not as full CIB release

I’d love to see it released too. The last debacle was very unfortunate. I still stand by you on that one 🙂

i’ll give you that. but you know as soon as someone with the rom sees that the game is being sold they will just release it for free since the rom is going leak and people are getting ripped off.

And that would be a bad thing?
