How did create What? Nintendo or Reflection Technology Inc

I have to ask if anyone knows exactly who developed what and when.
When Reflection Technology Inc contacted Nintendo around 1991-1992 . Did they Showed them a module with two screens or wase it only a “Private aye” one screen?

During 1993-1994 what did Nintendo created in hardware part in the Virtual Boy unit ? .
