Improved menu

Now you can switch to a HTML menu on the top left, in case the Java menu doesn’t work or your browser simply doesn’t support Java (hey Brandon!)

We also added 3 new article scans from the Club Nintendo magazine, which is the german Nintendo Power magazine.

Last but not least we upped the Jack Bros. (US) manual scans. More manuals will be scanned tomorrow.
