Wow cool, and you might have luck repurposing old LCD games with a new rom installed?

The thing is with old LCD games, is that you’d need a whole new display, with pre-cut shapes.

But regardless, it’s a great idea!

Yes, that will be very difficult to do. You may be able to get the liquid crystal from an old LCD calculator. Then you would need to reassemble the parts with new forms. The other thing about an LCD game is that 3D, like bound high, would be hard to make… but its possible. Liquid crystal for LCD displays is not something you could run to the store and buy.
