Hi,

so recently (about 1~1.5 weeks ago), I noticed that reading threads would not mark them read anymore. Similarly, manually marking threads reads via the dropdown menus doesn’t work either.

I deleted all my cookies, logged in and out, tried the German as well as the English language setting.
I’m using FF 22.0 (whoa!) on a popular operating system in case that matters.

Doesn’t work for me, either. Plus, on the redirect page, it just says “read” instead of something like “All topics have been marked read”.

Is this ever going to get fixed? I accidentally marked several forums as unread – surprisingly, that worked just fine!

Apparently, the table cache of the respective database tables had to be flushed. Now, everything seems to work fine again. Can you confirm, Tauwasser?

I’d say it’s definitely better now as forums seems to stay read.

However, marking all forums read on the main forum page shows all forums as grey, yet I have had the “Virtual Boy Development Board” and the “PVB Coding Competition 2013” boards show up with unread topics once I clicked on them.

I marked all forums read individually now and that seems to have worked for now 🙂
