Hi everyone,

I just wanted to make an intro post! I’m Ryan Hoss; I’m a VFX artist in the game industry and run the Super Mario Bros. Movie Archive website.

I’m also a giant Virtual Boy fan. I’ll have to post my collection pics when I get a chance. I have boxed copies of everything released in the US and a few of the Japanese games as well.

That interesting prototype Virtual Boy listed on the website? That was mine; I sold it to KR155E years ago 🙂

I finally acquired a Flashboy+ after years of pining for one. Over the last year or so I’ve gone deeper into my retro/handheld collecting; I’ve done some modded Game Boy/Game Boy Advance systems and got flashcarts for the GB and the Atari Lynx, which I’m excited about delving into that system’s game library.
