This is the official announcement for the release of Bound High complete with box and manual like it always should have been.
Together with Mindstorm and Bigmak we have been able to assemble an all star team to get this together.
Couple of notes.
There will be an original 50.
The plan is to make 100 of these total. If there’s enough demand we will continue to make them. But once 100 sell we’ll need a bunch more to do another batch!
If you have already paid and/or agreed to pay for the box and manual, you can still receive the box and manual. Or you can use the money you paid to put towards a Complete in box version.
What you get.
Box, manual, cartridge with label, inlay, and i believe inserts (bigmak?)
These will ship out in roughly 2-3 weeks
The price of the game, shipping included will be
US price $71 USD
International price $75 USD
We’ll be staring on our second release, Space Pinball. We look forward to doing lots of these. And other releases. So, get your butts in gear game designers!
The first 20-30 carts will be in my hand soon. So, the first 20-30 people to pay will get there’s in the order received.

Since I cannot update this original thread I’ll be keeping track on my own and on Nintendo age at this thread. This is the official release thread! If you’re on this list and have paid and I have forgotten, please let me know.
http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=6&threadid=86917
If you’ve paid 25 or 30, just subtract that from the price and that’s what you owe.
Please contact me via PM or post in this thread to be added to the list. The sooner you pay the sooner your game will go out and the higher on the list you will be!
Thanks a bunch. Attached is the box image. The rest will look just as amazing!

I looked at your time stamp before I remembered where you lived. I thought you got mail at 7:30 in the morning and was thinking you had the most amazing postal workers.
Lol! Yeah I wish. Can’t complain though, I always get my post in great condition.
If anyone has any minor issues with this release, please PM me so we can resolve it before you make it public. It detracts from what we are trying to do. I’m easy to deal with, and if it’s my fault I will admit it. This is a lot of orders to process, so, some things may have been overlooked. I try to take the utmost care on my end. Last thing I want is unhappy people when we’re trying to do something incredible. I’m a collector and hate getting stuff in the mail ruined. That is why I use the thick envelopes I use. They aren’t super cheap and they aren’t the cheap free ones they give out at the PO.
USPS bending an envelope I put big bold letters saying “do not bend” everywhere is kind of beyond my control unless I pad the envelope with steel. haha.
All in all, thanks from the love from all angles. Future releases are just going to get better and better as we perfect this even more!
Just to clarify, not a complaint against Uncle Tusk, more against USPS – tis the season to abuse the mail! It was clearly marked Do Not Bend on both sides, and the fact that Canada Post felt compelled to write an apology on it, too funny!
I am hoping to see “Mansion of Innsmouth: Mario Madness Edition” become a cart.
Look at the article on Wired.com about this!
Very nice article. It’s good to see that this project is seen as a big thing, because it truly is!
I’ve also watched “Ecstasy of Order” in its entirety. I loved it!
As always, with projects like this, I’m a little worried that increased media attention will provoke a “Cease and Desist” eventually. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen!
Still, it’s great to see the efforts of the community recognized!
Just saw the Wired article and instantly ordered my copy via Uncle Tusk. I suspect my mailman will crush it into the mailbox, but I’ll hope for the best. Thanks to everyone involved for doing this! I sincerely appreciate a new reason to pull one of my VBs off the shelving. 🙂
I hope I was able to get an order in while there are still supplies! This is one of those little things that pops up to remind me: “You don’t check PVB enough these days!!!”
Also, if any more donor carts are needed, I think I have 4 copies of Mario Tennis these days; I’d be happy to mail a couple in.
It’s a good release, the box is the right size but the overall design doesn’t line up with official boxes.
You guys get a mention over at nintendo life!

Wow… with all the attention, these things should sell out in no time.

Or, we definitely get shut down.
To the folks just arriving… this isn’t really the “official” order location anymore, as they are currently available for purchase on Uncle Tusker’s site, http://www.uncletusk.com
Heres a picture of Bound High! next to my other 7 boxed games.
