Padded File Not Showing Up?

I’ve been trying to download a game onto my FlashBoy+. I downloaded the game, put it into the padder, and found the padded vb file. I tried to flash the file onto the FlashBoy, but it’s not showing up when I click the folder it’s in. Did I do something wrong with the padder?
