Didn’t see this image on the site yet.
The display itself seems physically identical, but the insert on the right is different and obviously this display features a Shoshinkai 1994 prototype console.

I scanned this image out of the September 1995 issue of VideoGame Advisor.
It was shown with a 2 1/2 page article on POP displays in the industry, however the article makes no mention of the VB or this display.

A truely great find! Thank you very much for this contribution.

I have compared this to a photo of the final display, and I can spot several physical differences. Plus, both inserts look different. I’d love to have this display. 😀
