Yes, and there exist carts of other North American VB titles with that same sticker on them as well.

Couldn’t that just be in a way faked though? I don’t mean the sticker being wrong, but you can swap backs in under a minute.

Same goes with a lot of store demo paks that don’t have a specific NSF label. Just have to be willing to take the risk.

Why does the dust cover have a hole in it? I mean I could be extremely ignorant but pretty sure none of mine have a hole in the bottom.
