The dead Marketplace forum

May I ask why the marketplace forum was removed?
The
VB stuff for Sale
VB stuff wanted
and “Other for sale/wanted” are pretty standard forum categories.

Was it removed because of scammers, lack of site traffic, tech probs, or *other*?

While the current external form of the marketplace seems functionally fine, it’s frankly quite “out of the way” in the traditional sense. The last marketplace item I purchased was an older ad, but it was new to me even though I frequent this site. Checking the additional marketplace is an afterthought.
