In this thread we all want to post cool, spectacular, noteworthy, jaw-dropping […] Virtual Boy auctions on ebay, Yahoo or any other site…
At first here are two auctions on Yahoo Japan (Always cooool stuff on there!) for the japanese Nintendo Store Display:

That’s a nice hat! I’ve not seen one before. Congratulations on buying it!
I suppose that if he’s okay with this, then it is okay
I’m fine with that, he’s not making out it’s a ‘one of a kind super rare thing’. If folk google they will find that I’m still making them.
I would be annoyed if a BoundHigh did turn up though as I’m not making any money off those.
I love my bound high game! I could never part with it. If we ever see one of Richards bound high carts show up on ebay we could report it and get it off of there. Ebay pulls Starfox 2 carts off all the time for being unreleased. If Richard don’t want them on ebay, we’ll get em off if they show up someday!

It is the cap of the Nintendo Co. game machine “virtual boy” which is sold in 1995. On the front the virtual boy, in the back the Nintendo Co. logograph is embroidered in the deficit. The game machine of the 3D image which the dying/fleeing coming Yokoi troop flat person devises anticipated age too much, sale was not considerable and disappeared. . . Color: Black. It is the unused item, but the rust has appeared in the rear adjuster metallic parts. Cotton 100 percent.
Fun fact: “Gunpei” is sometimes mistranslated as “troop flat”
It’s really been driving me nuts, this eBay seller “Yamatoku” keeps selling AC Adapter taps while showing a pic of a demo tap. He lists them over and over, and has been contacted about it multiple times. A new one just popped up, and at this point I’m just going to label them as a scammer simply trying to take advantage of VB collectors. Be aware, be safe, and report them if you feel it’s worth your time.
I bought one from the seller, he reassured me I was getting the exact item pictured. It was only *after* my emails explaining that it was a rare version that he started pretty much exclusively listing his tap auctions with a demo picture shown. Power seller or not, this person is a scumbag trying to inflate prices for ordinary regular taps and he knows it.
Look out for yourself.
Can I ask what’s so rare/not rare about this one? I’m new to VB, mine arrives next week so I was going to buy one…
It has a pixelated photo of a VB on it’s box, that’s what’s rare about it… Later copies have a more high-res photo.
Ah, thanks – I understand, like the pixellated ‘mosaic’ Japanese console box as well right? Thanks for the info.
Wow… a complete copy of Jack Bros., which is not in mint condition and which is not factory sealed, can be yours for only $1,999.99!
I cannot help but laugh at the fact that someone is even trying to sell such a copy for such a ridiculous price…
I guess you never know…
I mean, there’s a lot of activity for a bunch of empty boxes!
Sure most of us PVB folks already have this in our eBay watch lists, but a Platform Display is on right now:

http://page18.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w66991504
That magazine has been scanned and is on the front page of the website, if that makes it unworthwhile for you…
no i just want to at this magazine to my VB collection
I want to own it myself
Totally understandable! 🙂
Just wanted to check as YJ auctions have a habit of ending higher than expected.
