Is that a good price now a days ? I bought mine for like 100..and was called out..but of course that was quite awhile ago….
I made a price list containing average selling prices of CIB VB games in the last four months, and I largely calculated all of my prices based on eBay sold listings in the four months prior to April 23, 2013, and the average selling price of a CIB Insmouse no Yakata turned out to be $120.00, so I would say that $200.00 is on the high end.

Cool List! Back in November I sold my Insmouse cart & booklet, no box, for $135 auction style. I was surprised the auction went that high, and the guy paid right away. People have been willing to pay out more for it lately if they really want it.

I don’t need no list to tell me $200 is overcharging for Insmouse!
That being said, wow, nice list! I think we all needed an updated price guide. Can we get that posted to the homepage as a new article or something? I’m printing it out and putting it up on my bulletin board right now.
…And list all 33 separate games/versions, THATS how its done!
BTW, $1,331 for bowling on eBay yesterday! You almost NEVER see Bowling there, and just now a loose copy (Grossly overpriced even for VB) and a Boxed copy show up, nuts. and the price kinda went up… In the US at any rate, for people who probably aren’t ACTIVE members of our community (or do we actually know who bought it?)
If somebody on here wins this, it would be great if you could submit nice scans of the setup instructions to this site:

Observing this auction for a Red Alarm flyer got me thinking:
http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d143741367
The flyer reveals that the name of your spaceship in the Japanese version of Red Alarm is “Red Shaifece.” However, if one examines the box and instruction booklet for the North American version, one will notice that they give no name to the player’s spaceship and simply call it the “Tech-Wing Fighter.”
I wonder why they didn’t want to keep the name with “fece” in it when making the transition to North America?
(yes… this post was nothing more than a means to point out the fact that I noticed something officially Virtual Boy-related with reference to poop.)

I want to apologize in advance for anyone that saw my Bound High box for sale. One of my employees is listing my extras and mistakenly posted it as well. I immediately removed it when I noticed it.
For those that are interested, it should be obvious that allaboardgames334 is me.

Nobody should have a reason to complain or be upset if somebody wants to sell their Bound High boxes or other repro items, so long as the one selling it doesn’t try to pass it off for something that it is not. Eventually, these things will run out from the initial supplier, and more Virtual Boy fans will be looking for them in the future, so if people want to sell their copies because they no longer want them or because they need some money, they should feel free to do so, while being honest about it.
Dishonesty gets the mob after you 😉
How often does this happen?:

Do any of you NES collectors want to make a guess as to what this auction will end at?
I’m going to guess $22,500.00.
*EDIT:
Hmmm… people on NintendoAge seem to think that it is a phony copy. I guess if that is true and found out by many people, then it won’t sell for much at all. It is certainly a convincing auction to me.

I’m watching it to see how high it goes. It looks real to me too Ben, I think your right. Of course people online are complaining its fake, they wish it was them owning it. It looks very aged to me, of course I could be wrong but looks legit!

Well, I received clarification from people at NintendoAge, and their information does make the auction seem very fishy. Check out the latest info on the “The Official Stadium Events Auction/Sale/Discussion Thread.”
http://nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?StartRow=1101&catid=3&threadid=48839
Apparently, the photo in the auction is indeed a photo of a genuine CIB NTSC Stadium Events, but the photo does not belong to the person who is running the auction. The person who is running the auction Photoshopped out the original information on the sticky note that appears on the cart in the photo and Photoshopped in his own information on the sticky note.
Now, if he truly has the CIB Stadium Events in his possession, why would he alter an old photo that does not belong to him and present it as the only photo for the auction? Why not take all-new pictures of it? Thus, it seems that he is intending to send the winning bidder an item that does not appear in the photo or else send no item at all and try to run away with the money by some means.
WOW! People got some nerve! Even the scuff marks on the wood flooring are exactly the same! The plot begins to thicken! Still gonna watch to see how this drama plays out! Glad I’m not caught up in it! Those poor bidders!
The auction photos looks “kinda wrong”
The white notice paper is photoshopped.
I think is a fake auction.
Shame on this dirtbag
Some bidders are blind and have definitely too much money 😕
Wow…the same game but a lot more money 😯

Yeah, this game is definitely the Holy Grail of all commercially released video games across all systems ever made. I’ve read that there are only about a dozen complete-in-box copies of NTSC Stadium Events confirmed to be still in existence, and a sealed copy of NTSC Stadium Events sold on Ebay 3 years ago for $41,300.00, but Wikipedia states that the winning bidder never paid.
It appears that the above seller is hoping to break the record selling price with a copy that is not even sealed. Perhaps he would be willing to accept any offer over $40,000.00.
Thank you Benjamin for this informations about this game.
I don’t now this before, now i understand this “crazy prices”
(write this with my WiiU,my desctop computer “past away” yesterday) 🙁
Possible good deal on Mansion of Insmouse and Teleroboxer:
Virtual lab for a very good price 399,99 euro
http://www.ebay.nl/itm/Virtual-Lab-Nintendo-Virtual-Boy-Japan-C-/300917127304?pt=FR_Jeux_Vid%C3%A9o&hash=item46100ef888
only problem its very sunfaded
Brand new copy of the Japanese Galactic Pinball pulled from an new-old stock shipping box. $23.66 buy-it-now.
Same thing but for Teleroboxer
FB+ currently at $123. I’m upset about this one because the seller described it as being so rare that its impossible to find.
