So, as the title states, I attempted fixing my virtual boy with the bake method, I put the oven at 200F, and left it in there for only about 3 or 4 minutes. When I put it together, I noticed it made the problem worse 🙁 Before, the eye would only mess up every once in a while. Now, it is messed up almost constantly 🙁 It’s a little big brighter than the other eye, and the horizontal lines are there constantly now.

Is there anybody out there fixing these anymore? I’m assuming there are people out there who fix these by soldering the connection at the strip. I didn’t want to try that myself in fear of screwing it up.

Am I correct to assume this problem is fixable? And does anyone knwo who I can talk to about it? Thanks.
