I thought I had posted this a while ago but now don’t think I did. Is there any significance to the variations between one controller PCB and the next? While taking some apart, I noticed that most had a lighter almost pea green board with similar manufacturer or unit number inscriptions. Then one (in my pics below) had a darker green board with more stylistic mfgr./unit # inscription. Maybe it’s just that a different plant made this one?

Yep, just different runs and/or different board houses. The color variation is due to either the thickness or exact formula used for the solder mask.

I’m assuming the logo is that of the board manufacturer, but the 94V0 is the UL flammability classification of the PCB material used.
