We got some weird looks walking around with it, though lo and behold, some 3-4 people actually knew what it was!!! Keep in mind the campus has something like 60,000 people on it..lol
I don’t think it’s a good idea to hold the Virtual Boy by the stand. I prefer to hold it by grabbing the head unit on the right side with the right hand and the middle of the stand by the left three fingers on the left hand.
Well, HorvatM, how would you hold the controller if both of your hands are busy holding the console? Unless you are a mutant and have extra hands, this would be QUITE impossible!!!
Well, actually, my VB is always less than 1 meter away from me when I’m at my computer, so I just keep the controller attached because the cable’s long enough, and it’s not too much trouble either to disconnect it. But yeah, while playing, holding it by the stand is pretty much the only solution. But you could just take it off the stand.
^Actually taking it off the stand sounds like a good idea.
We’re thinking of re-shooting a video of this type, at an undecided location as of yet. So we may just go with it stand less.
