I was listening to VB Wario Land music while programming my Virtual Boy, and then when I turned off the music and a few days later, I find myself humming the theme. And then it hit me: It sounds like the theme song to “Sanford and Son”. Or is it just me and I’m crazy?

Are you talking about the song after you beat a level? It’s a similar “bumpiness” but the notes are different enough that it sounds different to me.

Well, that is the one track that sounds the most like it.

Actually, thinking about it more, there’s similar notes, it’s the different order that makes it sound different to me.
