Hello!
I’m Matthew Callis, from eludevisibility.org and superfamicom.org, a few months ago I submitted some new VB scans. Today I have something a little more interesting.
I have recently won this auction, http://page10.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/m64960608
for just what the title says, the VU Manual, Software, VUCC compiler and the official sample code v1.0, 1.1, 1.1a, and 1.2.
It was my hope that I might be able to get a sort of “community dump” setup (if you’re not sure what that is, please see those that drx has done at hidden-palace.org). If there is enough or any interest please let me know! If you’d like to see previous things that I have released, please see eludevisibility.org though none are for VB.

They are at my post office! I should have them up tomorrow afternoon / evening (in Nashville, TN, USA).
Awesome! I just sent $20. Please PM me, or post here if you don’t mind, how we should proceed with this.

I feel like you guys don’t really have a reason to lie to me saying you would care to donate and then not. So I’m just going to send the files to you and let you decide what you want to do with them.
I got the files. Thanks a lot for everything, Matthew! 🙂
Please send the donations now, guys! I am preparing everything, the files will be out later today.

The 20$ are sent. Keyword “Siffer”.
Wow… this is very cool:
Too bad it’s not on the disks ;-). From a quick look, it looks to be multiple revisions of this: http://www.vr32.de/modules/games/?t005 :-/ .

PAT! >:O
I just nearly got a heart attack! 😛
Just as I thought, several versions of the sample soft. Maybe there’s visible differences, though?
Heheheheh… sorry 😉 . Hopefully I’ll get some spare time in the next few days to really dig into it and see what all of the specific differences are.

I’m using BeyondCompare for all sorts of comparisons at work. Well who am I telling. Anyway just in case you have never tried it before.
I noticed we were good to go on the donations just as I had to leave my house. So there was a bit of a delay, but I have sent my donation now.
Hey guys,
I had a few spare minutes to look at this some more… it appears that the big change is between 1.0 and 1.1… the rest of the changes are very minor. 1.1 and 1.1a actually have the same code, with just KYOTU1 (.c, and in effect .o as well) changed… 1.2 looks to just have a few bug fixes added.
Also, here’s a babelfish’d translation of the change log from the last readme:
1.0
First version.
1.1
Message picture and interpupillary distance focus control picture, automatic pause setting picture It tried to indicate the surface and the vertical alignment inspection picture.
1.1a
Correcting the vertical alignment inspection picture.
1.2
At the time of power source throwing, before the message picture comes out, instant strange indication coming out learning/repairing Righteousness. (main.c XPCTRL, was set before the SCANREADY signal waiting.) At the time of the VPU interruption, one time it interrupted and put in state of non- permission. The start address was designated as 0xffe00000. The automatic pause was standardized to the automatic pause.
