WTB: Servo Emulator or microcontroller

Looking to pickup a servo emulator or the microcontroller for the emulator to consolize a system. I don’t mind ordering the pcb and soldering it up myself; but don’t have the ability to do the programming of the controller. If anyone has one sitting around or can help out on the programming side; let me know! Thanks!
