Welcome along to the community, Eyes.
Let us know how you get on with those game auctions 🙂

I agree, the title could be a bit smaller. Other than that, the only real problem is that it scrolls too slowly, at least with Opera (version 9.21).

Oscar Mike Golf!
Use a proper browser … 😛

I’m new here so I can’t really comment on the old site because I never experienced it. As a designer, I feel this site works just fine. There are no issues at all with the layout design and the deep header (phnarr!) works well to accommodate the VB head unit and title graphics for the site. The main thing for a site like this is that it navigates clearly and cleanly…and this site does that with no problems at all. Well, certainly not any that I can find.

Much respect to Kr155e for managing all this on his own time and as far as the domain name change goes … what was the question?

😛

I don’t mind shipping stuff out for people not in the US as long as it’s nothing illegal, you let me know before hand, and you pay the costs.

For sure, that’s very nice of you to offer jzagal and if I do take you up on it I will contact you privately beforehand.
Thanks very much 🙂

WoW Mawa, that’s a really sweet looking collection…you must have spent a fortune!

Respect though, the SD Gundam game for VB is one I really want.

That would work really well as I do not have any friends who reside in the US 😐

That’s understandable Vaughan and I wouldn’t hold it against you at all. As you have seen, I do make it clear that I’m willing to pay costs and I usually ask to buy 4 or more game items from these people!!

The most recent response I received (earlier today) after writing a good 600 word message to the fella was ‘Sorry, I am only shipping to US and Canada’ … I mean, come on, what’s that all about?! I knew he/she was only shipping to N.America from the auction page itself, that’s why I wrote the message!!

Anyway, I’m just winding myself up here. There is a list of games I’m after:

– Mario Clash
– Wario Land
– Red Alarm
– Nester’s Funky Bowling
– Teleroboxer

If anyone has original carts of these and wants to sell them, I would be interested in buying them and I’d rather the money went to one of you guys than paying over the odds to these eBay fools.

All the best 🙂

Yeah JoJo,

Post your wares here, its difficult enough trying to get a personal response from some US sellers as they flat refuse shipping to Europe.

I’ve contacted some folks direct in the US and almost begged them to send me 4 boxed games together to save on shipping. Also stating that I’m happy to pay the shipping as long as they make the effort to get a good quote! Not just whacking $50 on top of the price I’m paying for the carts.

Let us know what you’ve got that you’d like to sell, I’d be interested …

Oh cool, that’s another to add to the list then 🙂

Hi Peck and others,

Since purchasing my VB I’ve been pretty busy in a new job and looking for a flat, so I’ve not gone ‘all out’ on my cart gathering. My VB came with Mario Tennis and a baseball game.

To be honest, Mario Tennis has held me in thrall so far. It’s fun to play and gives a great demo of the 3D to any friends who want to have a go.

I’m looking to get Red Alarm as I have played that on Al’s VB and I’ll be sure to grab Wario too. Any other recommendations out there?

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.
I never say never but I doubt that I’ll be developing anything for the VB soon, I would need to go back to school and I was never that good at learning languages 😛

Hey Al, good to see you too … thanks for putting me on to the community, I’m sure I’ll find something worthwhile to contribute and I’ll definitely get Azu to put her face in my kit *ahem* tonight so that she’ll get online to her extended family in Japan.

You never know what might show up 🙂
