Oh boy! it must be some… odd rare prototype! 😉

It has red buttons!

It looks like a bootleg knockoff Tamagotchi. The name Virtual Boy on it is just seems considential. In the late 90s when Tamagotchi became a big fad, there were a lot of knockoffs and I don’t think they would have named it off of a failed video game system intentionally.

Nobody gets my silly sarcasm 😛

So anybody want to take a wild guess on what “Virtual Boy Peaches” are? lol

Seller has no photos, zero feedback and with a name like “1500cashdaily1” I’m going to safely assume this is some bot.

Unreleased game prototype cart involving Princess Peach? 😛

But anyways, I noticed after looking at his completed listings to see (out of curiosity) if he was only selling that or some other oddity; and he was selling a “New Maple Syrup Pan” (which didn’t sell, unlike the Virtual Boy Peaches) which, in the description, it says “For you Peaches”, so I’m guessing these listings were set up for someone who is being called Peaches!

Oddly enough, the feedback he (the seller) left to the guy that BOUGHT it from him was “Great seller, quick payment! Would do business again!”

Heck… I actually don’t regard Virtual Lab as a “finished” game. Though it was officially released, there are many signs in it which indicate that the makers were truly rushed to get it to market and didn’t get the game completed as they originally intended.

Or maybe Virtual Lab is the “shovelware” game of the VB world, like they just put together a shoddy made game to get quick money off of a new-ish system

I also have suspicion that jojobean may have Faceball (they never said they DIDN’T have access to it, they just said that they didn’t say they did have access to it)

Welcome, and enjoy your stay! The VB was and still is a very cool console.

Yeah the VB is still a cool console. Whenever I take it into work everyone wants ago, Costs a fortune in batteries!

You should get an AC Adapter set! (or an AC Adapter tap and use a SNES AC Adapter!)

By the way, welcome to the site LordXaero!

My favourite music is videogame music!

…Does that count?

Maybe you will find a bootleg cart to add to your collection one day, they might end up on ebay eventully. It’s suprising how they haven’t already, because of the current prices on many of the games. With the physical architecture, it could probably be reproduced very cheaply now, if game pirates know what they are doing.

If it seems to you like game pirates could make bootleg versions of Virtual Boy games because you think it could be very cheap and easy now to make carts, why do we still require to use donor carts to make a Flashboy or Bound High cart? 😛

Ok I’m reluctant to post this, but here it goes I did see it on E-bay once. But unfortuanately it was before I knew what Planet Virtual Boy was and at the time low on cash :p . Yes it exists and it is definately out there.:)

YES! This is wonderful news! 😮

I have seen this video a year ago…

At the starting of the video Yokoi is watching the two children playing their Gameboys… why can’t the same done for those who are playing their Virtual Boy? It would make sense, he can hide even better while someones head is in a VB!

I have too active of an imagination! 😛

Someone on this board??

There’s an original Flashboy in there too!

…33 Games?! accessories?! a black version of that red promo keychain?! in Ontario, Canada which is not too far away?! AAAUUUGH I wish I could buy this!

I have interest in Dragon Hopper, I would love to see it released in ROM form!

*reads description* AHH! I must make sure I am in a VERY good financial standpoint before I would ever have children (if ever) because I dread the thought of getting rid of VB stuff because of one!

Anyways, cool find, even though I seen the same auction many months ago… except back then he just said he was getting rid of it because his spouse said so (or was it only the UK seller that said that? hmm…)

…I also must make sure I never have a spouse that is anti-Virtual Boy

/end of personal choice rant

Well, I also thought this is a cool find! I enjoyed reading about this unit!

By the way VirtualJockey, I don’t even own a 3DS! …yet 😉

Unlike that guy, I don’t get embarrassed by the thought or happening of someone catching me playing the Virtual Boy

Do you really need a translation?

Buy a Super Nintendo get a free Virtual Boy

I couldn’t tell if it just said “Buy a SNES and get a VB” or if it also said “Or buy a VB and get a SNES”

I like that witty response in one of those Game Player issues with the person who says what they really want is a Virtual Girl, not a Virtual Boy 😛

Offtopic, but still: How come that 3DS looks pink? there is no current pink 3DS (at least not officially)

On-topic: a box to protect games is also a great idea

Does that include me too? despite how crazy I am? 😛

Oh yeah, so long as its ‘crazy weird’ not ‘crazy knife wielding scary’ (image of Virtual Jockey in boiler suit jumps to mind), but I only ever take knives to vegetables.

When do you think you’ll be joining us in full colour 3D?

Hey, I like VirtualJockey! 😛

Anyways, I am hoping by either Christmas-time or January (my birthday month!) I will get a 3DS…
