For those of us with no graphic design skills, will there be a cib release of Insecticide so that we get to enjoy the game with the rest of our VB collection?
Hyper Fighters just ended at US $1,125.00 in a 7 day auction on US eBay.
There were 5 bidders in the $1k+ range, and a large handful of bids in the $500ish range.
Guys, you HAVE to make more copies and put them into the world. I don’t agree or like copies selling on eBay for profit like this. OBVIOUSLY there is a demand for this title, so please satisfy that demand and at the same time make a lot of gamers happy and able to add a copy of this to their collections for an affordable price.
I personally want a copy, but no way would I pay anywhere near this for it. $100 I’d probably pay. $80 I’d pay for sure. I’m sure a lot of other people would pay this too. They would sell. So I’m not sure who is responsible for this release, but I know it’s somebody (or maybe a few individuals) on this forum. Whoever you are, please make more for everyone to enjoy.
They sold for more then that when they were released so I’d be curious to see if you find them for $80-$100. There are many factors to this and it’s because of those factors that limits how many they can make and how they sell them. The largest one would be a law suit from Capcom.

It’s easy to sit back and take what the community gives you, but to take your own time and efforts to give back to the community..that’s what makes it special.
I think thunders idea of changing the general box art is a great one and I support it with all I have. It’s nice to have a community release that looks like it was official, but if one person buys it thinking it’s an official release..it’s not worth it. If it’s one thing this community is about…it’s not scamming people.

While I understand completely, I like that all releases have looked like the US releases. It makes them look nice together and uniform on my shelf (I proudly display the Planet VB releases with the official releases).
If you do decide to change things up, it will however, not tarnish my support and you can count on my commitment to purchase and support every release you guys put out. Thank you all for the time and effort you’ve put into each of these releases.
Your list is mostly accurate. I can say though that I do own a lose Men in Black on the R-Zone and have seen a lose VR Troopers for the system, so both of those games do in fact exist.
