Does rubengar still plan to make this a full-fledge title? I enjoyed the demo a lot 🙂

I forgot to test this one on my Wii Mednafen emulator. I would love to see this becoming a fully realized title someday 🙂

This is bloody amazing! Has Dan showed anymore progress for this 3D engine for the VB? This still has potential for the community 🙂

Oh this is awesome! Can we still contact Death Adder to make Super Fighter VB a reality 😀 ?

Nice graphic demo. It would be cool to convince Super Fighter Team to make a homebrew port of Super Fighter. Looks decent 🙂

Very cool find that i never saw before. Thanks to my experience in searching japanese stuff for the Atari Jaguar, maybe i’ll try to find where that pic exactly came from

the videos are just mockups. For Dragon Hopper he used material from screen shoots it seems.
He propably does not have the real games.

No he obviously doesn’t have them but i’ll give him props for simulating how the 3D works on Dragon Hopper 🙂

John Linneman did a pretty awesome DF Retro episode about DKC + i give him two   for even tackling about DKC on the VB. We never thought before that more work was done on it than ever before 🙂

For me, it’s mednafen on the Wii. Works great and emulates almost every game very well 🙂

Now that i remember, i have some Club Nintendo magazines with some Virtual Boy-related stuff. Might have to upload them somday 🙂

Wait…aren’t you the same fellow who did Stickman for the Atari Jaguar :)?

Yes, I tried to. I had to give up because Jaguar programming is really difficult.

Oh i see. Stickman is good and simple fun 😀

I have to bust out my mednafen emulator for the Wii to test the New version of VUE plaformer. I hope in the future the engine allow the use of scanned images ’cause i have some pretty good ideas for some hombrew games for the VB. I’m not a coder but a artist so keep that in mind 😉

Hello…! This game is still in development, but I haven’t been posting updates here as to not confuse people and mislead them about this project, something I should have cleared up a while back.

This is not a homebrew. This is an indie game, which is not really something that I suppose belongs here. If you guys are interested in keeping up with progress on this, go check “http://reddit.com/r/yanworld”.

It would be cool if you managed to get the game running on a real Virtual Boy 😀 looks promising.

Still looks great,by the way, what engine are you using for your game?

It looks damn good, great job lad 😀

Hey,if you can i recommend you to download F-Zero X Climax for the everdrive,a awesome 3D remake of the last f-zero game released so far,but get the JPN ROM of F-zero X and patch it ’cause it support 64DD. And knowing the the Dreamcast community are reviving long-dead servers of even unreleased games like PBA bowling 2001,i think it’s possible to revive Randnet servers.

If i’m not mistaken,it’s hard to program for the N64 due to the fact that programmers had to create their own microcodes.

Awesome. Had no idea it would do the DD games as well. Looks like I have found my next purchase. Thanks for the info!

You’re welcome 😉

There needs to be a N64 homebrew scene. I have not found one homebrew N64 game. Does anyone even know how to program for this system? I tried to do the PS1, I would think it would be similar, except it would be on a cartridge. The main problem I had with the PS1 was that I could not get sound to work. I would think this would be easier since it’s a cartridge. Any idea how I can get started or point me in the right direction?

Well…Kind of,there are various examples:

But my favorite is a full 3D conversion, actually a hack to turn it into a New Game,it even has 64DD support: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ICPGjWlwrWc
