I completely agree!

Thank you for the Flash Boy art!

If you can provide me a copy of the Flashboy one, I’ll happily add it to the Google Doc so others can get it if they stumble across this.

Glad I was able to help you out! Took me quite a while digging through multiple resources to find all of them.

I know I shared this with you on FB already, but here it is for everyone else. Essentially have every Virtual Boy DS cover here minus Flashboy Plus

Yup that was me on Twitter pressuring for an answer haha! I’m glad we were able to discover this information!

Oh wow, this has me quite excited!

I’d definitely tune in!

I’d be pretty interested in the Pi concept you’re referencing.

I’m also hoping someone will offer pre-assembled consoles like this guy did with Furrtek’s VGA/RGB mod. I want something like this pretty bad haha

I love it. Despite it being a bit generic and scriptted, there was atleast a little bit of love written in it

Very interested to see where this goes and hope to help back it ASAP!

Recently acquired a case of Vertical Force (US, Sealed) just put each copy up on eBay…

Having almost this exact problem also.

It’s probably not hard to fix the game, they can probably incorporate modified code from the release version.

The same team I mentioned is doing exactly this.

I was shitting bricks this morning. First thing I woke up too.

10 year old me is still going crazy.

I know they are translating it and restoring any missing/disabled scripts, but I hope someone else polishes it up after that and makes it into a full blown game.

This possibility happening might be my most hyped thing all year.

I have one I’d be willing to part with if the offer is right. (obviously just the case, ignore the non-foam contents)

Whatcha got?

If you want to dump it, we can send you the community dumper (as I like to call it). It’s an adapted retrode 2 unit.

AFAIK Eric (bigmak) or Ben has it at the moment.

I may be interested in borrowing this device. I will have to carefully discuss this tricky subject with my associate when I get the chance, which is infrequent.

Can the respective parties involved please PM the details?

No pressure but if he has any other protos, they’d be more than welcomed here =P

I wanna see the cartridge get dumped and compared with our copy. It would be truly fascinating to see if it has more features or such.

This is probably going to be the only way I’d assume. Be able to really compare the code between the two.

Is there another finished prototype of this game besides the one I have?

The history of the cart is pretty limited to be honest. At some point it walked out of NOA, that much is certain. May have been passed around, unclear. Then it sat in storage until now, when I asked my associate to let me investigate his old collection. He does not wish to be involved.

Sorry if this is intrusive, but does he possibly have any other VB protos?

ahh… this just makes me feel we are one step closer to Dragon Hopper.

Glad to hear you are doing good man! Welcome back!
