Pizza I’m afraid your misslabled. There is no way quality like this qualifies for homebrew! There must be a more fitting term! To me This game, Elevated Speed, Formula V, HyperFighting and NyghtByrds and the others that are of high quality deserve a Title of Junior Indi!
I personally miss Zero Racers more, since one has no real racing game on the VB.
Nothing wrong with what your saying abarth. However Elevated Speed is on the way and it’s going to be a racing game worth writing home about! So I wouldn’t say we don’t have a real racing game just yet. Also if you want an idea of what Zero Racers would of been you can download Virtual Racing for 3DS. In my opinion it was just boring without the ability of passing the other racers by flying over them! Which was one advantage the Virtual Boy would of had over the 3DS version!

The NyghtByrds Patreon has reached 12 months now, so we’ve made our latest progress post entirely free – animated imagery included. It comes in three formats: side by side, anaglyph and even an AVI to watch in 3D on an (unmodded) 3DS! This should give you a taste of the progress we regularly post in the backer tiers – so if the project seems promising, please consider supporting our work.
Additionally, we have a new team member onboard for the music – screwy! At this moment, we don’t have tunes that are complete enough to showcase, but new music will also be showcased on the Patreon once ready.

That’s where my Course “Drawing in Depth” comes in. I have a whole course of 25 chapters that teach how to do what I have done in my 3 games that V.OR.T.E.C.H.S. is working on. and it’s very affordable for hobbyists.
Hello Lester Knight of course we remember you! Ya know when your this low the best thing you can do is look up! Your in my prayers may Yahweh bless you!
I personally think if the VB could of had the main three”Mario,Zelda, and Metroid. The fate would of been better for the Virtual boy. But then there is the issue of adjusting it so the user could see 3-D and not get a headache, How could this of been overcome? My answer is this it should of come with a videotape that was called future games. Once you watch it it would show 3 games in the works then it would show how to properly adjust a Virtual Boy for the greatest experience then it would go back to showing 3 more games and after it show how to adjust a VB and so on. The problem with everybody is they are too much into the radio station WIIFM (what’s in it for me) but with a tape that shows future games I think people would of given the VB more of a chance.
Hi Wazzock1983 Welcome to the forum,
My flashboy used to work flawlessly that is when I was using windows 7. As soon as I changed to windows 10 everything stopped working! I believe Vintex 64 is the modern day contact for old and new flashboys from what I understand he will help you out.
Here is his URL: https://www.vintex64.com/store/p273/FB.html

Hey Tim great game! But if you want to do even more depth with very little work I recomend 3d sprites! That will really make your game sing and it’s not too much work either. I have created a class using SNES sprites and converted them into 3d! I’ve exsplained all the in’s and outs of how to make 3-D sprites! The class is short it will take about 3hrs of your time (broken into a few sessions of course) but the concepts are solid. If you want to make sprites that suddenly have depth instead of just paper cutouts PM me.
