I’d be interested in assisting in production of these. I have several fdm 3d printers but more useful, 3 resin Msla printers that will make beautiful connector housings. If someone would like to share the stl with me and a source for the pins I can take a stab at producing 50-100 and see what amount of effort that entails.

Ultimately, I’d need to send them to one of you experts though for any type of cart build as I dont have access to a source for pcbs.

Any updates on this? Covid has made donors and everything super pricey!

Pro tip for helping business….remove this line from your website:

“Currently in stock to meet demand. Please note price will lower in later 2020 when larger quantities are made.”

Short term sales are going to suffer 0.o

Pretty slick looking!

I have a few hundred NES titles but mainly collect for a different system that I shall not disclose to you at this time! 😆

Excited to get this 🙂

Fingers crossed it works out. A 3k machine for a failed endeavor is a tough pill to swallow…although I’d imagine you will have other uses for the machine.

What’s the biggest problem with it at the moment?

These manufactured by a company or something DIY you’ve put together?

Sold the first one already. I have one left. And I’ll keep the third. PM me.
The screen will be white on black OLED, not LCD. All parts in route.

Pm’d!

Playing around with the printer between HyperFlash32 work. I call it the VENOM edition. hahaha. It will have a white on black LCD display as well. 3D printed carbon fiber. Surface finish is quite nice and its super strong.

With that being said….how much for a venom edition and a couple reprogrammable carts? 😀

That’s a neat template, definitely useful. I downloaded pdn and with zero experience we will see how I fare! 🙂

Also got bored today and attempted to design a 3d printed box for games. I see this in 2 varieties. A stand alone replacement to the traditional cardboard boxes with the ability to slide in a cardboard tray, manuals, other inserts, etc and also a version that will unnecessarily enclose your already CIB game….because, why not? 😅

I saw a facebook ad for a sticker promotion, 10 stickers for $1 + free shipping. I’m thinking a test order of these with some Virtual Boy artwork would make for a nice reverse.

Looks good. If you are interested in a better source for starting to do this, I have created and shared a very accurate and quite customizable box template that you can check out here: https://www.planetvb.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=7452&forum=1

Nice! I will definitely put that to use. Thanks for sharing it!

Surprised Office Max let you do that. Usually they’ll refuse due to the Nintendo logo.

I had read that. I suppose it ultimately depends on who’s working behind the counter. In my case it’s a late teens early 20s kid who doesnt seem to care too much about anything work related 😅 I placed the order online and received a text when it was ready to pickup which maybe had something to do with it. No one there to argue with about the “why” I cant print this for you.

Hope I didnt completely miss out on this. I’ve been lurking here for awhile and would definitely like to add this to my collection!
