Awesome, I never thought to cut it like that. Yeah, the mirror still works, there’s just no sound from Red Alarm or LED activity. Nothing sounds loose, so when I take it apart, I’ll look for broken components or loose connections.

Genesnes… A little paint project of mine.

I caught a lot of flak for it, because for some reason, people expected it to play Genesis and SNES games. Or have a bunch of visual mods. All I was doing was trying to make a yellowed SNES match the rest of my collection.

Necrobump.. I have a VB with no display and no sound aside from faint static. Would this be related to the ribbon cable? I’d have examined it myself, but my security bit is too wide to pull out the four deepest screws.

Currently using the AC adapter to power my Genesnes.
