Sale as much shit as you can store in a HUGE warehouse some where and collect funds from all over the states for as long as you have inventory. WTF is Club Nintendo for? Offer special items and system there. How fucking hard is that? Why does ever major region except America operate in a sensible way?

Yesterday when I was telling another friend about my hate for “N” after this announcement, he asked why I didn’t just import like he’s known me to do hundreds of times over the years, and I had to explain how the 3DS was region locked, and his question was the same as yours.

Why, when all their past systems have not been. This is what they now do, and why their business is so in the toilet. Every other major system or console is region free, but not “N”.

That crap is what is gonna force me to import from Japan and then get the flash cart and download roms as a last resort

Jumpman you couldn’t have said it any better. I want to hang Iawata/Reggie’s heads on my wall in my gaming shrine. I cannot stand what they’ve done to Nintendo and I used to love the system but friggin give me a break, everywhere except NA is getting it?! No one is getting/has gotten chargers with theirs? Holy crap what are they thinking. Those two as a team fail harder than our beloved VBs did. At least there’s a fan base for the Virtual Boy 😛

Yeah sadly that’s the case for us. I’m stuck with my friggin 2DS. I got it thinking I would upgrade to the N3DS only to find out now I can only get an XL. I am not happy. I’ll get the XL since I collect but I want a smaller one for myself to play on 🙁 Curse you Nintendo!!

I’m a sucker for the 8-bit style games so I would LOVE to see a version of Mutant Mudds on the VB. It makes great use of the 3D features on the 3DS and reminds me a lot of what they do in VB Wario Land with the background and foreground jumping

Aside from that game, Shovel Knight has been a fantastic game with tons of replay value to me.
