That really depends on the request itself. I honestly had not thought about it, but it could be fun. Recently started a new job so that is really absorbing all my free time at the moment sadly. I think my next project is gonna be to make a bunch of the Virtual boy eye shades and get them to people looking for replacements on here. That way I can get some solid reviews of my product to put up on my blog and so on. Was also thinking about just scanning in the flat pattern I created to make mine, and then making a full tutorial on how to make them. That way everybody can make their own if they so chose. No need to keep such info to myself. Im never gonna get rich making VB eyeshades lol, and I would rather the information be out there for everyone to have.

I love the products from Rose Colored Gaming. Would definitely like one of those SNES/SFC gbas. So clean and well executed.

Oh man, I cant stand it. Makes me cringe when I see the prices they are asking for the crappy rattle can jobs. Not saying you cant do a nice one with a spray can, but it is definitely rare. What really gets me is when they throw some homemade stickers on it and clear coat over it. lol. I really wanna do a custom virtual boy, but I am really pleased with the way they already look. If anything I wouldn’t mind messing with the viewing lens(by making new ones) or changing LED color (which looks like a total pain in the arse).

We all want it man, shit I would sacrifice my nutty friend lefty for it. But it was never meant to be a production game, or Rom for every non appreciative kid to download. Shit we would all love a supercar, but that’s just not reality. Correct me if I’m wrong but there was a demo of it released that everyone can enjoy if they have the proper hardware. That should be more than enough for the effort you have put in. What makes us deserve it as much as the individuals that actually dedicated their time and know how to create it?

As far as the lottery system goes, I think I would have to make it a multiple choice kinda deal where you can pick from like 1 of 3 prizes or something. Just so I can ensure people aren’t getting a game they already have or something they didn’t want to win in first place lol.

I most certainly was not calling you a mole my friend! This time around I will probably just do domestic shipping but I would be glad to make you one and ship it out to you in the near future. What we are actually thinking about doing is putting some kind of lottery system in place on the SuperRetroBros Blog, where each month we will choose someone that is following us and give out either a free game (from various consoles) or a free custom accessory (such as one of these pieces).

Yeah I definitely plan on making more of them in the future. Really depends on the feedback I get. Hahaha a mole.. so like the small rodent moles? or like the kind of small brown lumps that appear on human bodies? I honestly was waiting for a comment that it looks like an oven glove!

Minestorm, that is a bad ass visor frame. Very nicely done. I would love to have one of those and also one of the 3D printed tripod adapters from the individual selling them on ebay.

The black fabric I purchased with the quilted pattern already stitched in, I didn’t want to attempt to get all the diamonds evenly spaced by hand lol. They are very soft but still hold the shape quite well. I tried some variations with leather , plaid, and other fabrics but it always came out too stiff honestly so I took down my postings. I use a backing on both fabrics to re-enforce the shape before stitching everything together. If this auction gets around 40 bucks or higher I’m gonna take off the shipping charges also. I purchased some different fabrics with mario and other designs on it but it would be cool to design a custom fabric online that is very virtual boy themed. Thinking about using a site like Spoonflower where you can do the design yourself. Only problem with that is they usually charge a grip.

Heres a N64 one I just finished up! I definitely prefer it over those damned C Buttons.
