Now that was not a fun game to watch 😯

But, we’re in the WC finals for the first time in 32 years!

Spain and Germany are both feared for here. We’ve already lost 2 times against Germany in finals, and Spain is a huge favorite 😯

We really need to get our A game back (we weren’t sattisfied with how we played against Brazil 😡 ).

I hope you mean Yen :p

Got no problems after using the VB. Do get altered vision from 3D with blue-red glasses, the eye that had a red glass sees everything much blueer afterwards and the eye that had the blue glass sees evrything much more red, it’s real fun the first time you notice that :p

Hmm, never received jack bros from that seller, gonna claim my money back with paypal as he doesn’t respond to mails anymore… First time that happened to me, and I bought a lot from the internet.

Anyway, bought another copy of jack bros for 56 euro’s without case and manual. Seems like a very good deal to me! Got it in the mail today, gonna test it tomorrow.

Soon I’ll receive 3D tetris if everything goes alright and then I habe all USA games already. How much would that be worth in an auction, all USA games without cases/manuals (got only a few actually, games are the most important to me  )?

Holy crap! . Mine was over 100$.

That’s a tat much if you bought it with no games. Maybe the 10 dollar one was with stand, controller and power adapter and yours is working good and has the stand, power adapter and a controller (maybe a visor).

Probably yes, just noticed I am :p

Specific number of posts. I don’t know the exact amount.

Red Alarm

Ordered jack bros US on ebay vor 70 euro including shipping. Is that an okay deal? doesn’t come with manual and box, really wanted the game though.

What about a virtual boy games compilation? All In authentic Red!

They did release those game & watch compilations for the gba. So it’s not a strange thought. Otherwise let’s hope a vb emu will be ported once homebrew is possible.

http://www.3ds-forum.net/index.php there’s the new forum already!

That’s great news! Is there anything we can do? Like sending a game for the case when you pre-order or something?

They are currently sold out, it is not known when there will be new flashboys at this moment.

Maybe you can help by finding where to buy the chip stated in this post: the post

Great video’s, both of them. What about Chariots of fire from Vangelis? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYJzcUvS_NU To give it an epic touch.

The focus on the text can be in parts where the music changes. My vision using the youtube link for times:
0:00-0:30 give some video of the virtual boy.
0:30-0:32 some text about existing games.
0:32-0:42 some footage of commercial games, and at the end of this fade to some text that shows from 0:41-0:47 telling about that there is a homebrew scene.
0:47-1:07 show some screenshots off planetvb.com.
1:08-1:16 announce there is a coding competition. 1:17-1:37 show some pics related to developing games, maybe showing some virtualboy specific code/SDK.
1:38-1:51 Tell something about how we all are hoping to see some amazing works.
1:52-2:21 show some of the existing homebrew.
2:21-2:33 Say the prices that you can win.
2:33-2:50 shows of the flashboy, the poster, and the t-shirt when there is footage of it.
2:51-3:00 text that everybody is welcome is enter, also people with little or non vb coding experience.
3:01-3:22(when the song ends) show some more footage of homebrew games with very clearly some links to this site, the competition forum and cc10.planetvb.com
all of the video show cc10:planetvb.com a bit smaller in the bottom or top or a corner or whatever).

If only I possessed the skills to make the above 🙁
Anyway, that’s just my vision of what would inspire people to take a look at the coding competition.
I think it would work perfect with the text in DevilsAvocado’s style and having footage in between the information like Akumie did.

http://nl.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=getProduct&R=6261150 I found this, they say it’s in stock. Here is the german site: http://de.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=searchProducts&searchTerm=AM29F160D&x=0&y=0 but that’s over twice as expensive (I don’t know what a normal price would be).

It’s not an AMD AM29F160D according to that webpage but a Spansion AM29F160DB-75EI but maybe it’s nearly the same so I though I’d post it. The suplied datasheet on the bottom of the page does speak about the right AMD chip: http://docs-europe.origin.electrocomponents.com/webdocs/08c6/0900766b808c64fd.pdf

I hope I helped with this.

Edit: here’s a list of other sites I found that might have the correct chip:

I can try to search dutch sites if you say what parts you need and for what price they should be.

I was just still logged in. Had to log in again though just now.

I even have auto-login after a reboot 😛
