You could also go back in time to about 1996. Back then my local Toys ‘R’ Us was getting rid of it’s stock of brand new Virtual Boys for $30.00. (I still weep to this day for not taking advantage of it)

……..

Well, that idea aside, I’m not too sure how easy it is to find a VB for $30. I myself would like to buy one for no more than $50 but no luck so far. No one sells it locally around here either.

Nameless, this is a bit off-topic but I too would love to play Dragon Hopper. I’ll leave Dragon Hopper for you to track down though, I have my heart (and money) set on getting a proto-type copy of VB Mario Land.

I think we just need to make some good friends within Nintendo.

Yup, it indeed exists. Some of the other auctions are incredibly tempting, such as the sealed Gameboy lots. But buying large lots of games kind of goes against my collecting philosophy.

One rule I have made for myself is to buy games one at a time, making each addition to my library meaningful. There is absolutely no waste in my collection, every single game I have are games I like and wanted, and I try to keep it that way.

But even so… all those sealed games…. *drools* 😛

Hmm, how cheap are you wanting it for? I got my copy for, I forgot the exact amount, but it was around the $10 mark, cartridge only. I got it from that pure evil web site called eBay.

Sure would be nice to have a Virtual Boy to play it on though… 😛

Why you lucky… grrr! I want one too… 🙁

WOW. I love that case! I can think of a few other things that can be stored in that as well, namely other older handhelds/consoles I would like preserved.

Thanks for sharing that, Feisty, I don’t think I would have known about those without ya. 😉
