Iv just bought one these off ebay for £8.50. it came with 3 games, batman forever, indy 500 and apollo 13.
Only trouble is the seller forgot to mention that it has suffered major battery leakage so at the moment it doesnt work:-(
Going to have a proper look at the weekend and see if i can get it working, hopfully just corrosion that i can clean up. Watch this space!
You got some great stuff there Ben, I bet you treasure this like nothing else. I would love a collection like this but if tried i think i might end up wifeless.
What is it with these busy bodys? I just don’t understand.
Well I can’t blame you Eric, at the end of the day you got to look after number one, you don’t what any legal action been taking against you. Bad times. Hope your ok.

can I get the file for the manual so i can print it out myself? i have the cart and box and would like to complete it.
if you’re not willing to release that file, how much would you charge for just the manual?
thanks
In my mind, though, the problem is not so much someone selling the cart on eBay for a profit… It’s someone intentionally misleading a buyer by claiming that it is a rare prototype, or a development copy. That’s where I draw the line.
You hit the nail on the head there, its the intentionally misleading someone that really hacks people off. I would hate to be done over like this and wouldn’t want anyone else too either. But that’s why it is important to do your homework I must add.

Well, at least all of the media attention should allow enough people who actually appreciate the Virtual Boy to help Eric out with his fundraiser/cart release plan. Everyone else can just have their opinions.
This is very true, it all gets the word out. You can see that by some of the new members joining up here.
