Count me in. I’ll give £30.
I don’t personally know Richard but I did get my flash boy from him, so I would be more than happy for him to do this. That is if he doesn’t mind of course.
I do like that idea of the ds boxes, looks great. Have you modified the inside to be able to hold a VB game?
I did not modify the inside. I pretty much placed the cartridge where a DS cartridge would go, and it snaps shut. It does bulge alittle, but nothing really noticeable.
That’s cool, at least it protects the games. Gota look after this virtual boy stuff, its all nearly 16-17 years old now.
I dont think it really matters what game it is, it would just be nice if we could get hold of copys of these games. i just dont see the point of holding onto them in a secret world, share the wealth!
I modified a stanley 16″ tool box to store my VB, theres space in there for the stand, controller/battery box and AC adapter tap set. Also in the compartments in the top iv got my games, you can get 6 either side. i had to cut a hole in the top for the stand to pock out. great for storage and transportation.
Again i would be more than happy to put £30-£50 in for faceball.
How do we go about this, is just a case of people putting there names down on a list with an amount of money or a set minimum amount and then just hope someone comes up with the goods?
Got to be worth ago surely?
Yeah i would stretch to £50 if needed be, but like you say it would take alot for someone to fess up.
Im sure there is some stuff out there that we know nothing about but because we dont know we cant miss it, DH and Face ball we do know about and i think its a crime that VB owners cant play these games.
If anyone is interested in repo carts there is a guy who goes by the name doug on the site modded by bacteria who makes repo carts, he done me a star fox 2 cart pal version for $60 all in. Great workmanship also. Maybe worth a look for some.
I would love to see this released and any other ROM’s that might be out there.
i would quite gladly put £30 in the pot if there was a fundraiser, after all thats the average price you pay for a game these days anyway.
