I think he got some comments on that so he decided to try the system after hearing about it. also: Nintendo completely erased the VB from the company after Yamauchi told them to. so I think reggy never knew the VB existed.
On the sales side: Reggy wants all nintendo fans to remain loyal to nintendo so this publicity helps them to. Not shure if nintendo is planning the VB games to be release on de 3DS virtual console but doesn’t seem unlikely as people are unfamiliar with the system and willing to buy something historical from nintendo. Especially when the Mario and Wario games are released.
It’s the german version wich is uncommon at most; not rare. Boxed: rare.. yes. I’ve come across this card for 10-12 times the last 2-3 years. Game is fun but pretty short with 5 levels.

My handheld collection is a bit too large to post here.. 😀 in a nutshell:
I have about 12 Classic Gameboys boxed, 2 Advance consoles boxed, 6 Advance SP Consoles Boxed, All Gameboy Micro consoles Boxed (includes all Japanese Special editions (Pokemon, Mother 3, Final fantasy, Super mario special edition) wich I also have the U.S. American version and the 2 American versions with the faceplates boxed) Then i have 1 Classic DS boxed, about 6 DS light consoles boxed, 1 DSi, 3 DSi XL consoles boxed, 3 3DS consoles (including the Zelda Special edition one) and 8 3DS XL Consoles boxed including, Pikachu, Luigi, Zelda etc. etc. Next to that i have about 800 Gameboy games boxed across all itenerations. mostly games made and produces by nintendo. On Classic gameboy all games by Gunpei Yokoi.
I’m Currently in progress of moving so, when I have room to show all consoles and games i’ll try to make a picture.. 😀
I Don’t really need a dragon hopper on 3ds.. it’ll be a mainstream game again as development studios don’t take any risks anymore.. Let’s hope to ever find the VB version! 😀

Love the Board Richard! Darn! Hope the 32Mbit game is getting along nicely. In the future there must be a possibility of a Flashboy with micro SD cart and a firmware for selecting Roms etc. etc. I have my hopes up! For now: great, great work you guys!
If you want one, you need to send me a donor cart. This will guarantee you get a cart (a sort of pre-order).

That was the only one that we weren’t planning on restocking. The problems with ebay bothered us a bit.
How many people were unable to order this game before they sold out ?….I would really hate to deprive collectors or having a finished collection..but it’s hard when people sell this on ebay for 200 + each.

I was late also so.. no Gundam for me.. 🙁 sniff.. maybe there is a possibility to offer them to Forum regulars who missed out? The 200$ + prices on ebay are really stupid.. any other solution available?

Forgot to mention that I do own a flashboy+ but just love the feel of a complete release in my collection also as I dont have the money for a 750 – 850 dollar japanese release…
