I definitely think that permission should be given from the developers of a homebrew. Prototypes and fan translations I feel are OK too. Wcmiker, I agree that as long as they are very very clearly labeled as reproductions, older commercially released games are more acceptable. There’s several games I’d love to have a copy of, but not willing to shell out $500+ for.
