Yes that was the deal. His 2600 had a non-funtioning controller 1 port. The pins were busted so I replaced it…nothing but 10 minutes worth of soldering! The stand is broken on my VB but that’s nothing a welder can’t fix.

This is how we fixed one at the video game store I work at! I’m happy to see others using this method.
