Had a similar issue. Open it up and check the regulator board on the motherboard. Their might be a blown capacitor on it. The voltage regulator is on top of the board, standing up, it’s “painted” black. You can make your own regulator but you’re better off buying a new one and switching boards, if that’s your issue.

That’s very kind of you. Thanks.

Two quick things

1 – try to be part of the community more before asking to buy.

2 – everyone will tell you there’s no such thing as street fighter for virtual boy, only hyper fighting. 🙂

I wish I could find someone who doesn’t need it and spare it not too expensively.

I could find a complete outter shell for like 26$ on Ebay but would prefer only the IPD button.

What would you think of like 10$

thanks
g.b.

Let’s not destroy anymore VBs then we have too.

$8? Includes shipping.

Any chance if these tools being released? I’d love to look into making my own game lol.

What kind of game do you want to make?

An adventures game, similar to snatcher. Your tool for creating backgrounds from pictures is great. I wouldn’t look into selling it or anything obviously, but for my personal use, I think it would be killer.

Thanks

What emulator?

I have one, what are you looking to spend? Thanks.

Do you do all the pixel art? It’s freaking awesome.

I replied to everyone I thought. The pieces were sold. I only have the case, innards, speakers, lens and controller left. Sorry. I can’t update the first post.

The baking method and using strong tape should REALLY work for you.

Well that’s shitty… I’m more interested in the HF game repro…

I’d push back on this, the difference is also the power supply used along with the AC adapter, correct?

Red lens are OK, min scratches. The left and right ribbon cables are great. I can’t update the post.

Glad I didn’t try this myself. I’m no where near as good as you boss.

It would be nice to have a lite version that could fit on the Flashboy. Less stages and characters while the cart release has the full content. That way it still keep its worth.

That’s why there’s the demo though. If you remove the characters etc. then it’s not street fighter, or “hyper fighting”. Know what I’m saying?

Why would you want something you can’t play? Playing VB on the computer is beyond disappointing. The true fear is some place like aliexpress releasing copies of this game.

That’s awesome. Way better than me, I just edited the graphics in a tile editor program. lol.
